Meditation Made Simple

What is meditation – most of you have heard of it, some of you may have even tried it – but for many of us it is an alluring part of Eastern spiritual practice, though it is not solely a spiritual endeavour. The first technique is using the number meditation technique; the second technique is using the object visualization meditation technique. Ready: The first step involves preparing the mind to accept God’s presence by reflecting on your love, devotion and faith in him.

Where you don’t have to do anything, noises cannot distract you, in such house you may live for meditation. In just five or ten minutes a day, you can train your mind to be quiet and still. By only practicing for fifteen minutes each day it is far easier to limit the minds tumultuous interuptions on the practice.

Different meditation bells are used to clear the mind from thoughts just before the start of a meditation session and also to signal the end of the meditation session. Our thoughts and words, which are spoken thoughts, pull the un-manifested intelligent energy out of the Quantum Ocean and manifests it as physical energy and part of our reality.

The object visualization technique is designed to help you visualize an object. Are easily available and where guidance on meditation is available. This will provide you a full fledged idea about what meditation actually is. It is very easy and comfortable to learn under the guidance of a teacher, especially if you are a beginner.

We can view this as the Mind of God. Sometimes the focusing also includes looking into a vacuum in front of my eyes. The mind is channeled towards concentrating on God in all his majesty, thus making it a very proactive kind of meditation. When I feel as if I have no control over situation or have no power to do something that I want, either because of an individual or because of the circumstances, here is what I imagine.
