This book was one of my first Kettlebell products, and I very highly
recommend it. It is illustrated for beginners and experienced alike, and
is more of a workbook. You will thoroughly enjoy learning many different
exercises you may never have experienced before. There is also
one-of-a-kind section for pregnant or postpartum women! There is now a companion DVD
to this book, Get in the Best Shape of Your Life. Though I
have not seen it, I am sure it is ever bit as good as the video and a
great companion. You can also view the complete table of contents
for the book, illustrating just how much you're
getting for your money!
